Welcome to La Table des Pères, a Michelin-starred restaurant since 2023. Its panoramic view of the garden allows you to immerse yourself in the world of the Chef, Jérôme Jouadé, whose inspiration comes directly from the vegetable garden. Wild pickings, fruit trees, aromatic herbs, mushrooms and other edible flowers, this is what nourishes the creativity of the Chef and his team, promising a cuisine close to Nature but also very bold, with dishes that are as subtle as they are surprising.

Our restaurant is open every evening from Wednesday to Saturday from 7pm to 8:30pm, and every lunchtime from Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 1:30pm

All year round, we offer 2 menus and a children's menu. Our menus change according to the seasons and the products we grow. The Chef and his team will highlight the beautiful and good local products in the service of fine and bold cuisine that will take you on a journey into a generous universe around the garden, the vegetable garden and its many hidden treasures.

5-course “Explorer” menu – €85

Creativity on your plate Chef Jérôme Jouadé

Proud of his origins and his region, the chef, Jérôme Jouadé, is in the kitchen where he cultivates a traditional Breton cuisine and works only with fresh produce from the land and sea. He benefits from a privileged natural environment at the heart of the estate: The greenhouse, the garden, the aromatic herbs and the fruit trees of the Château are the main ingredients and sources of inspiration for the Chef! Well surrounded, Jérôme and his team enhance the good and simple produce from the vegetable garden to make dishes that are as surprising in taste as they are aesthetically pleasing.

We are always keen, through our menus, to share what drives us: the love of cooking, craftsmanship, local know-how, and especially the products that grow in our vegetable garden or that we choose from suppliers who are so dear to us.

By coming to enjoy a plate at our table, you will be able to taste the flavor of time in all its forms: the weather, and the seasons that influence the harvests of our fruits and vegetables, and the flavor of the passing of time, the one that makes us grow, learn, the one that also marks the evolution of the producers and market gardeners around us. Close to artisanal know-how, we want to share with you through our cuisine the best of ourselves, our history and what nature offers us every day. Our goal: to offer you a temporal, tasty, enlightened, daring, mischievous and elegant cuisine...

Tasty, for the taste of good ingredients, enlightened by successful or failed experiences that allow us to move forward and promote certain products or chosen techniques, daring because we try not to rest on our laurels to always go further and surprise you, mischievous with the fresh spirit of children as inspiration, and elegant of course because we eat first with our eyes!
