Located in Piré-Chancé, 25 minutes from Rennes, the Château des Pères has belonged to the Legendre family since 2011, who had it completely renovated by the Legendre Group. The Château des Pères is a place of art, culture and gastronomy, serving events and tourism. Open to the public, the Parc du Château des Pères is positioned as a reference tourist site in Brittany. With more than 60,000 visitors per year, it is the 4th most visited natural space in Ille et Vilaine. 

The Domaine du Château des Pères, with a strong artistic approach, aims to promote manual work through art and to make it accessible to all. This site is also developing around hosting public or professional events, weddings or private receptions. The multiple services of the Estate: hosting artists' studios, permanent exhibitions of 60 monumental sculptures, numerous reception spaces, a totally atypical 4* hotel-spa, the development of 3 catering concepts... allow visitors to enjoy a place in constant evolution, which promotes values of transmission, conviviality, well-being and innovation, which are particularly close to the heart of Julien Legendre, the current Director of the site, to grow this extraordinary place.
